Adding New Roles and Assigning Actions to Users
Adding a new user role for your Seller Portal is simple. To start, click on the TCGplayer Pro Settings tab, then click "Set User Roles" and "Add Role". This is where you'll be able to customize your roles. By default, the store account owner will be the only person who's able to access this tab.
When creating or editing a role, you can select the tabs and/or actions within tabs you want to associate with that role. Any user who has that role will be able to use the assigned areas.
You can title the Role Name anything you want. However, you will not be able to save a new role with the same name as any of your existing roles.
You can either a) create generalized roles (e.g. Customer Service, Catalog Management, etc.) and assign multiple roles to a single user or b) create roles tailored specifically for individual users (e.g. Chandra Nalaar, Jace Beleren, etc.) You can even select the same exact access for roles with different names if you'd like.
Once you add the roles you want for your store, you'll need to add your users.
The assignable actions are as follows:

All Inventory Actions - access to all functionality within the Inventory tab

Status - access to change the status of store inventory (Live/Hidden)

Save and Clear Product - access to save and clear product inventory and prices

Pricing - access to all functionality within the Pricing tab

Update Actions - access to update Pricing information

Clear Live Inventory - access to clear Live inventory

Orders - access to all functionality within the Orders tab

Pull Sheet - access to generate Pull Sheets

Packing Slips - access to generate Packing Slips

Shipping/In-Store Pickup Options - access to Export Shipping, Import Tracking, Mark as Shipped, add Tracking, and Ship without Tracking. Also has access to In-Store Pickup functionality including marking orders as Pulling, Ready for Pickup, and Picked Up

Buyer Interaction - access to Block Buyers

Messages - access to all functionality within the Messages tab

Forward Message - access to mark messages as Unread, Escalate messages, and Send messages

Delete Message - access to Delete message

Feedback - access to all functionality within the Feedback tab

Payments - access to all functionality within the Payments tab

Reports - access to all functionality within the Reports tab

My Details - access to all functionality within the My Details tab

Seller Details - access to edit seller Seller Settings, Payment Information, and Address Information
