How do I list and sell sealed merchandise?
The term 'Factory Sealed' means the item is in its original packaged state with original shipping seals intact. None of the seals that close the boxes or packaging can be broken or opened. Sealed merchandise must not be tampered with in any way, including re-shrink wrapping or re-sealing the product.
- Products should be in their original factory sealed packaging.
- - Entirety of Packaging shows no damage or wear and tear
- - Packaging is not ripped or missing
- - Seal(s) not broken
- Not tampered with in any way
- - not re-shrink wrapped or re-sealed
If you have any questions need clarification about what constitutes a sealed item please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance before listing any items.

STEP 1 - SEARCH FOR THE ITEM YOU WANT TO SELL
In the Seller Portal, click on Inventory. You can then enter the full or partial name of the item you would like to add to your inventory. Please make sure you have the correct version of the item you wish to sell chosen as in collectibles there are often many different printings. Once you're sure you have the correct item that you would like to list click the "Add" button. In this example we are adding a Booster Box of Magic the Gathering: Theros.
STEP 2 - SET THE QUANTITIES AND CONDITIONS FOR YOUR ITEM
You can sell one or multiples of your item by setting the available quantity. You can also enter whatever price you choose for the item manually or if you would like to match the lowest listing (item price + shipping) on the TCGplayer site click the “Match Lowest Listing” button and the lowest amount will auto-fill. From time to time we may establish minimum or maximum pricing limitations.
Keep in mind that any item you list on TCGplayer must actually be in your possession and you must fulfill all customer orders.
If you're a Pro seller using our Channel Management tools, you can add also add a separate price and reserve quantity for your My Store channel.
Marketplace Qty. (not editable) - calculated by subtracting the My Store Reserve Quantity from the Total Quantity for the specified product/condition
My Store Reserve Qty. (editable) - quantity available for a specific product/condition on your TCGplayer Pro website; adding a value here means that you'll hold at least that many for sale through your My Store channel
My Store Price (editable) - price for a specific product/condition on your TCGplayer Pro website; the price that will appear on your My Store channel
STEP 3 - CONFIRM YOUR LISTING
Confirm the item, price, and quantities for your listing and then click the “Save” button. Once confirmed your item will appear to the public as an item for purchase!
