What is a Gold Star Seller?
Gold Star Sellers are sellers on the TCGplayer Marketplace that have shown a high level of customer service and a solid record of successful transactions. Sellers with a feedback rating of at least 99.5% and that have had at least 100 transactions within the last 90 days are identified with a gold star icon. ()
5 and 4 star ratings are considered positive when a seller's rating is calculated.
- Positive = 5 stars and 4 stars
- Neutral = 3 stars
- Negative = 2 stars and 1 star
