How do I get started with TCGplayer Direct?
With TCGplayer Direct we take care of every aspect of your online orders for Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh! singles, from processing and shipping to customer service. You simply list your products, and we handle the rest.
How TCGplayer Direct works
Set your prices and list your cards, just like you do now. As orders come in, TCGplayer will ship out cards on your behalf, using our own carefully managed inventory. Then, when the time is right, we’ll ask you to ship us your copies of the sold cards. When your cards get to us, they go back on the shelf and are ready to sell through Direct again. Meanwhile, we’ll handle any customer service issues, and you’re able to focus on running your business, worry free.

Cards from sellers in TCGplayer Direct are featured items on the TCGplayer Marketplace. This gives you an advantage when listing your cards and can lead to increased sales, as many buyers prefer TCGplayer Direct for the convenience of receiving fewer packages.
Reduce time spent worrying
TCGplayer Direct includes dedicated customer support that handles buyer issues on your behalf. TCGplayer manages refunds, shipments, and requests on Direct-fulfilled orders, allowing you to focus on running your business.
Which orders are eligible for TCGplayer Direct?
TCGplayer Direct supports Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, and Yu-Gi-Oh! singles. Cards are stocked based on community engagement.
An order is eligible to be shipped by TCGplayer Direct only if Direct inventory can fulfill the entire order. If Direct inventory cannot cover all items, the order will be shipped by the seller instead.
In rare cases, TCGplayer may route an order to the seller for fulfillment. This may occur if:
- The quantity ordered exceeds available Direct inventory

If you meet the following criteria, you can sign up for TCGplayer Direct.
- Level 4 seller
- 99.5% Feedback Rating over the past 30 days
- Direct Eligible inventory of approximately 3,000 unique products.
- 100 sales per month, averaging $600 per week.

Joining TCGplayer Direct is easy! Once you meet the following criteria, reach out to us here, and our Customer Service team will help you out!

These criteria are in place because we have determined that these are the points at which Sellers achieve maximum value from the Direct program. We are excited to see how Direct works for your business!
