International purchases with your Visa / MasterCard via PayPal

To make a payment with PayPal without having a credit card linked to your PayPal account, you must have the total amount of your purchase in your PayPal account balance. PayPal does not offer transfers directly from your bank account without having a backup credit card tied to the account. You will need to move funds from your bank account into your PayPal account and use your PayPal balance as the method of payment.

All purchases on our site are in US Dollars as we are located in New York. We don't currently have a currency convertor on our site but you can find quite a few handy on-line sites that will help you figure out the difference due to the exchange rate.

Please also keep in mind, some banks charge additional fees for money being converted from your origin country to US dollars so always be aware that there could be some hidden fees applied by your banking institution.

If you already have a credit card listed on your PayPal account but PayPal is blocking your Instant Transfer, your account may have been limited by PayPal. You will need to contact PayPal directly to learn more about their Funding Options and Limitations.

TCGplayer suggests that you utilize a confirmed PayPal address when ordering from our site.

PayPal Buyers can confirm an address in the following manner:

  1. Add a credit card to your PayPal account. PayPal will confirm the credit card billing address (i.e., the address where you receive your credit card statement).
  2. Apply for PayPal Smart Connect. If you’re approved, the address on your application will be a Confirmed Address.

For more information about working with PayPal please see this documentation.
