Shipping Your Trade-In

With your Buylist Offer submitted through TCGplayer Trade-In, you’ll now need to ship your items off to TCGplayer. They’ll have to reach our office within 10 days of you submitting the offer, so make sure you have everything on hand to pack and ship your items fast.

First, you’ll need to print your packing slip. This must be included with the items you are sending to TCGplayer, so visit your account panel and select the TCGplayer Buylist link, then My Buylist Offers. Use the Print Packing Slip button and make sure you package your cards in the same order they appear on the printed slip.

Should you not have a printer to print the packing slip you may include a hand written note with your name, email address and Buylist Offer number.

It’s important that you follow our shipping guidelines when packing your items too, so be sure to review those right here.

You are responsible for getting your items to TCGplayer in time and in the condition you described when submitting your Buylist Offer. Any issues with shipping, including damaged and missing packages, is not the fault of TCGplayer, so take steps to protect yourself.

TCGplayer requires that all packages containing Buylist Offers include tracking. Use the Add Tracking button within the Buylist Offer Details section of your account panel to upload the tracking number for your Buylist Offer as soon as it is available.
