Getting Started

Once your customers have submitted their online buylists, you will have the opportunity to review and, if needed, edit these buylists. This will allow for your store to ensure that the customer's buylist entries were wholly accurate.

This is an area where customers can sometimes, though rarely, attempt to manipulate or fool your employees. Please make sure to carefully review the submitted buylists before sending any payments

The process for accepting a submitted buylist has many checkpoints. They are as follows:

  • Pending Buylists
  • Approved Buylists
  • Complete Buylists
  • Failed to Sync

Pending Buylists

In order to find your Pending Buylists section, please follow this step:

Once you have opened Pending Buylists section, you have the opportunity to review and edit any submitted buylists. In order to do this, please find the buylist you would like to view and click Review.

Reviewing a Pending Buylist

Once you have begun to review your pending buylists, you will want to review a couple of things:

  • Current card value
  • Accurate card condition
  • Accurate card set / rarity

If you find that there are small changes to be made due to errors in inputting the buylist or changes in the market, you have the option to edit the following categories:

  • Condition
  • Quantity (Qty)
  • Buy Price

Please note that the way the quantity works here is that any number greater than or equal to 1 will automatically pull the corresponding value from BinderPOS. If you would like to edit the condition of a card from Near Mint to Lightly Played, please simply remove the needed quantity from Near Mint and add the same quantity to Lightly Played

Once you have reviewed / edited the buylist as is needed, you will have the option to either Approve or Decline the submitted buylist.

Declining a Buylist

If your customer has decided to backout of the submitted buylist for any reason, or if your store is backing out for any reason, then you can simply select Decline to cancel and delete the submitted buylist

Approving a Buylist

If your customer is still happy with the price following any potential changes made in the review process, you can select Approve.

Once you have selected Approve, you will notice a pop-up appear. In this pop-up you have the opportunity to mark any notes about the buylist, such as edits or comments. You will also notice a check box that says Push stock automatically. If you would like to have the new cards instantly and automatically input into your inventory, we recommend selecting this option.

Please note that if you select Push stock automatically, you will not need to re-review this buylist in the Approved Buylists section, as it will be automatically moved to the Complete Buylists tab

If the buylist is submitted for store credit instead of for cash, you will notice a second check box here that is labeled Apply store credit. You have the option select and apply store credit immediately here.

Once you have finished with the pop-up, you can select Approve.

Approved Buylists

In this section, you can make any final adjustments to the buylist stock that you approved from the Pending Buylists section. Please note, however, that if you selected Push stock immediately in the previous step, then you will not see that buylist here.

In order to re-review buylists in the Approved Buylists section, simply find the buylists you wish to view and select Review

Once you have selected Review, you will notice the option to once again make any final edits.

If you find that there are small changes to be made due to errors in inputting the buylist or changes in the market, you have the option to edit the following categories:

Declining a Buylist

If your customer has decided to backout of the submitted buylist for any reason, or if your store is backing out for any reason, then you can simply select Decline to cancel and delete the approved buylist

Completing a Buylist

If your customer is still happy with the price following any potential changes made in the re-review process, you can select Complete.

Once you have selected Complete, you will notice a pop-up appear. This pop-up will have the option to Push stock immediately; please check this box and select Complete.

If the buylist is submitted for store credit instead of for cash, you will notice a second check box here that is labeled Apply store credit. You have the option to select and apply store credit immediately here.

Complete Buylists

This section displays a list of all completed buylist transactions. If your store selected Push stock immediately at the Pending Buylists or Approved Buylists phases, you will see those completed buylists listed here. You have the option to view each of these completed buylists by selecting Review.

If absolutely necessary, there is also an option to undo a completed buylist by selecting Uncomplete at the top right of the Review page. This will send the buylist back to Pending Buylists

Failed to Sync to Stock from Online Buylist

In some rare instances, there may be issues with stock not pushing from completed buylists. We recommend regularly reviewing the Failed to Sync tab in order to check for this possibility. If you find that you have some buylists that have failed to sync to stock, please read and review the following article for more answers and help: Failed to Sync to Stock from Online Buylist
