Getting Started

 

From time to time, an event that your store has created and attempted to push will fail. In the event of an event failing to create, the solution is quickly and easily accessed! In order to find and fix any Failed to Create Events, please follow these steps:

 

  1. From the BinderPOS Portal, select Event
  2. From the Event tab, select Failed to Create
  3. Find the event that has failed to create and select RETRY EVENT CREATION

 

Following this, your event should push through and succeed in being created. If, for some reason, there is still an error in the creation, please try this a few more times! If, after selecting RETRY EVENT CREATION several times, the event still will not create, please go ahead and reach out to us for assistance in pushing your event through for your store.

 

Additional Information

If you find that you no longer need to push and retry your event creation, you also have the option to select RETRY EVENT CREATION and then head to the My Events tab to edit and delete this event.

 

At this moment, there isn't an option to remove events from the Failed to Create tab. This is likely to change in the future
