Getting Started

 

One convenient resource that our POS offers is the ability to review previously submitted carts. There are many reasons your store may want to review carts, some examples may be for clarification of errors or for issuing an order refund / return / exchange. Looking at your previously submitted carts can be accomplished in two ways: History & Refunds tab in the Point of Sale or the Submitted Carts tab inside the Point of Sale Settings menu. The most common mode of access is through the History & Refunds tab.

 

History & Refunds

In order to access your previously submitted carts through the History & Refunds tab, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. From the BinderPOS Portal, open you Till / Point of Sale
    1. To do this, select POS Settings > Point of Sale
    2. Insert opening float and open your Till
  2. Find and select the History & Refunds tab at the top of your POS page
  3. Once you have opened your History & Refunds tab, the Submitted Carts modal will appear
  4. From here, use the date selectors and filter boxes to search for your specific order

 

Once you have found your order, you can either:

  • Return
    • On your selected order, select the return icon in order to initiate an order return
  • Review
    • On your selected order, click anywhere except the return icon in order to review the cart details
    • From this page you have the option to reprint the cart receipt or review the order information,  such as tenders exchanged, customer info, and integrated card payment details

 

Submitted Carts

In order to access your previously submitted carts through the History & Refunds tab, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. From the BinderPOS Portal, select POS Settings
  2. From the POS Settings, select Submitted Carts
  3. From here, use the date selectors and filter boxes to search for your specific order
  4. Once you have found your specific order, select the View icon to review the order details

 

Unlike with the History & Refunds view, you cannot return any products in this order. As such, your only option is to:

 

  • Review
    • From this page you have the option to reprint the cart receipt or review the order information,  such as tenders exchanged, customer info, and integrated card payment details
