Refunds are a normal part of every business, but how should you handle refunds between Binder POS and Shopify? It is important to understand that any transaction completed in the BinderPOS must be refunded through Binder. Any transactions submitted through Shopify or your online webstore must be refunded through Shopify in the Orders section.
