Getting Started

One extremely convenient tool for working with carts is discounting products. When adding discounts to a cart, there are two ways types: Individual Products and Whole Cart. This article will briefly overview these useful features.

Discounting Individual Products

In order to begin with your discounting, follow these steps:

1. From your store's BinderPOS Till, add products to your cart
2. Next to the individual product's quantity marker, find and select Add a Discount
3. Here, you'll notice the option to input a numerical value and set the value as either percent or dollar amount
4. Following this input discount, you can complete the customer's sale as needed

Discounting a Whole Cart

In order to begin discounting your whole cart, follow these steps:

1. From your store's BinderPOS Till, add products to your cart
   
2. Beneath the completed cart, you will see a Discount section. Here, you'll notice the option to input a numerical value and set the value as either percent or dollar amount
3. Following this input discount, you can complete the customer's sale as needed
