Getting Started
Using the Kiosk and completing seemingly simple tasks can be a bit daunting when first using the Kiosk. This page will focus on outlining the process for how to navigate the Kiosk and to give newer stores certain tips and tricks concerning use of the Kiosk (and sometimes the POS). In this article, the following areas will be discussed:

- How to Search for Products

How to Toggle between Buy and Sell
Your store's Kiosk allows for both buying and selling of goods. Because of this, the Kiosk allows for a quick and simple toggle between these two modes. In order to learn how to toggle between Buy and Sell, follow these steps:
- From your store's Kiosk, find the Buy / Sell switch at the top of the page
- Select this switch to toggle between Buy and Sell
- Complete the order as needed
How to Search for Products
In the case that a product's bar code cannot be scanned, your store's Kiosk allows for products to be manually searched for. In order to easily search for products from the Kiosk page, follow these steps:
- From your store's Kiosk, find the Search Bar at the top of the page
- Input and select the product being searched for
- Complete the order as needed
Predictive toggle can be used to avoid typing out a product's entire name.
How to Submit an Order
Once products have been added to the current cart, completing the order is simple:
- From your store's Kiosk, add the products being bought or sold to the current cart
- Find and select Submit
- Input the name the order will be under in
- Select Confirm
How to Save and Load an Order
In the event that something comes up or if a cart needs to be put on hold for a while, BinderPOS allows for carts to be Saved and later Loaded. This is a useful tool for when customers need to hold off on completing a transaction or if something in-store is preventing the cart from being completed.
Saving a Cart
In order to Save a cart, follow these steps:
- From your store's POS, add the products being bought or sold to the current cart
- Add the Customer Account Name to the order
- Find and click Save at the top of the page
- The cart will be saved for later Loading
Loading a Cart
In order to Load a saved cart, follow these steps:
- From your store's POS, find and click Load at the top of the page
- Find and select the Cloud and Arrow symbol next to the order number (or customer name)
- The saved cart will now be reopened to where it was when it was saved
- Complete the order as needed
How to Complete an Order
Once products have been added to the current cart, completing the order is simple:
- From your store's POS, after loading a previously submitted cart
- Find and select Pay
- Select and confirm the Payment Method(s)
- Click Finalize Sale
How to Search for Products While Excluding Singles in the POS
Assuming that your store is in the market of selling TCG Singles, searching through products on BinderPOS can be daunting when having to sift through thousands and thousands of individual Playing Cards. Thankfully, BinderPOS has an option allowing for the total exclusion of TCG Singles when searching through product. In order to exclude TCG Singles while search through your store's products, follow these steps:
- From your store's POS, find and select All Products at the top of the page
- Find the Search Bar at the top of the page
- Input and select the product being searched for
- Complete the order as needed
Reverting back to standard search, where TCG Singles are included in the search results, is just as easy: simply click the same section, now titled Excluding Singles.
