Escalate to TCGplayer

Having trouble with an order and want TCGplayer to assist? No problem! Simply use the “Escalate this Thread” button to let us know.

1. Click the “Messages” tab within your Seller Portal.

 

2. Open the message thread for the message you would like to escalate.

 

3. Click the “Escalate This Thread” button.

 

4. A popup will appear:

“This will alert TCGplayer Customer Service that you would like help with this order. Please describe the issue and the assistance we can provide”

 

Simply fill out any pertinent information about the order issue in the pop up box and then click the submit button. Once the thread has been escalated, our customer service team will review the transaction and email your store directly within 24 hours to offer advice and assistance in resolving the issue.
