How do I get help from TCGplayer if I have trouble with an order?

We’re happy to help if you have any problems with an order on TCGplayer.com. Just follow these steps to alert our customer service team of the issue you’d like to escalate.

  1. Click the Messages tab in your Seller Portal.

  1. Find and open the message thread for the issue you’d like to escalate.

 

  1. Within the thread, click the “Escalate This Thread” button.

  1. A popup will appear that reads:

“This will alert TCGplayer Customer Service that you would like help with this order. Please describe the issue and the assistance we can provide”

Simply fill out any pertinent information about the order issue in the popup box, then click “Submit.” 

Once the thread has been escalated, we’ll review the transaction and get back to you within 24 hours. One of our customer service team members will email your store directly to offer advice and assistance in resolving the issue.
