Getting Started
Once the eBay integration is enabled and you connect your seller account to the BinderPOS integration, you will be able to see the Logs tab in the integration. The Logs tab will be most beneficial to your store once Policies and Bulk or Individual Settings are already created.
About the Logs Tab
The Logs tab in the eBay integration has two main sections. These sections are the Stock Change History and Orders. This tab will be used the most to see if your bulk rules are pushing items to eBay, and if an error comes up you can see what it is to then fix the issue with your rule. You can get to this section by clicking on the Logs tab in the integration.
Stock Change History
What is the Stock Change History?
Once clicking on the Stock Change History > button, you can then see the items that have tried to create a listing to eBay. In this section, you can see the listing ID, Title, Date Last Updated, and Status. To see if a listing was created on eBay, you check the Status column.
What is the Listing ID?
The Listing ID is the eBay listing ID for the item.
You can search for the specific listing on eBay by entering ebay.com/itm/Listing ID number into the browser
What is the Title?

What is the Date Last Updated?
The Date Last Updated is the date that the integration last updated the listing through an update to either bulk or individual settings.
What is the Status?
The Error status indicates when an item has not successfully created a listing to eBay through the integration.

Other information such as the date last updated, old price, new price, old stock level, new stock level, BinderPOS product ID, BinderPOS SKU, offer ID, listing ID, eBay condition, listing name, mobile description, and description can be seen as well.
The Success status indicates the item successfully created a listing to eBay through the integration.

Orders

We recommend using the Shopify Orders section to fulfill and check orders
What is the Order ID?
The Order ID is a unique ID to help the integration recognize the order and order status with items synced through the integration.
What is the Customer Email?
The Customer Email in this section is generated to connect the order through the integration and cannot be used as the actual customer email, as it is not importing the true email of the customer.
What is the Total?
The Total is the price paid from the customer including shipping, tax, or any other fees.
What is the Created on Date?
The Created on Date is the order was first created.
What is the Last Updated Date?
The Date Last Updated is the date the order has been updated with a status such as fulfillment.
What is the Status?
The Status indicates the success of the order integration. Once clicking the View button, you can see the order details such as the Payment Status, Fulfillment Status, Customer Username, Title of the item, SKU, Price, Delivery Cost, Subtotal, Tax, and Fees.
