Getting Started
In the event that the eBay Integration has stopped connecting to your store's current inventory, it might be necessary to Re-Authenticate the eBay Integration. The process of Re-Authentication is essentially a refreshing of the integration connection. This article will focus on how to successfully refresh your store's eBay Integration.
The cause behind this disconnection between your BinderPOS account and eBay is usually a result of the connection timing out after a year without refreshing. If the Integration has been used for a year without any refresh / re-authentication, this disconnection will occur
Re-Authenticating the eBay Integration
In order to refresh and re-autheticate the eBay Integration, follow these steps:

From the BinderPOS Portal, click on the Integrations tab

Click on eBay

From here, find and select Reauth with eBay

Once Reauth with eBay has been selected, clear your browser's cache and hard reset the computer being used

For example, in order to hard reset a Windows PC running Windows 10, the following steps are needed:
- Open Settings on Windows 10 and click System

Click Recovery

Click Reset PC within the Recovery menu

Choose Keep my files, and then select either Local reinstall or Cloud download

After that, click Next > Reset

Once both the browser's cache and the computer used for BinderPOS have been reset, follow steps 1-2 to log back into BinderPOS Portal > Integrations > eBay and sign back into your store's eBay account

After the eBay Integration connection has been re-authenticated, we recommend re-synchronizing your store's inventory to make sure that everything is up-to-date and matching between both BinderPOS and eBay
