Getting Started

Once the TCGplayer integration is enabled, you can then create Bulk Rules in the integration. Creating Bulk rules allows you to list items in your inventory that meet the predetermined rules you set up and allow you to essentially be hands off when listing those items. These rules can be changed later if needed.

Adding Bulk Settings

You can create a new setting and list items automatically through the integration. You must be using a BinderPOS catalog to list these items to TCGplayer.

Creating a New Setting

Basic Rules

Once you have found a product that you wish to create a a bulk setting you have some basic rules you can implement.

Creating a bulk setting using a set for a game will override any existing rule for the entire game

Enable Synchronization

You must check Enable Synchronization for the bulk rule to start listing items to TCGplayer from the integration

Price Markup Percentage

Price Markup Percentage is the percentage your store marks up the prices of your items for the TCGplayer listing only. These prices are directly pulled from the items you are making TCGplayer listings for through the integration; adding a percentage here will apply to all items listed to TCGplayer through this rule and apply only to the listings created.

Reserve Stock

When entering a number into this section, the integration is told that, in order to create a listing on TCGplayer, the item listed through the Bulk Rule must have more inventory than the number placed in the Reserve Stock section. For example, if an item had 5 in stock, but had a reserve stock of 1, only 4 listings would be made. If an item had only 1 in stock and there is a reserve stock of 1, then a listing would not be made.

Maximum to List

This is the maximum number of listings to be made on TCGplayer from the integration. For example, if you have 10 items in stock for an item with a Maximum to List set at 5, only 5 listings will be made on TCGplayer. Once one of the items sells and the stock is now 9, there will still be 5 listings on TCGplayer.

Minimum Price

This is the minimum price cards need to be to create a listing on TCGplayer.

The price of the item this applies to is the price in your BinderPOS portal and does not include the price of cards that may be bumped over this threshold by any price mark-ups

Maximum Price

This is the maximum price cards need to be to create a listing on TCGplayer.

The price of the item this applies to is the price in your BinderPOS Portal and does not include the price of cards that may be bumped under this threshold by any negative price mark-ups

Save Rule

Clicking the Save Rule button will cause the integration to try and create the TCGplayer listings. Clicking this is required to finalize your Bulk Settings. This rule can be edited at a later time if needed.
