Can I be logged in on both the content site and Marketplace at the same time?
Absolutely! You can do this right now.
Will my account experience any changes?
Nope, everything stays the same. The only new thing is you'll see the shopping cart and item count while browsing the content site.
Search Updates
What's new with the search experience?
We're adding articles and decks to search results. You'll see them in separate tabs, just like Infinite does. The products tab is unchanged, so it's business as usual there.
Is anything else changing with product search in the Marketplace?
Nope, all the current features and functions in the Products tab are staying put.
What's new with the Marketplace search bar (autocomplete)?
We're adding buttons to jump to the Articles and Decks tabs from the autocomplete menu. No other new content will show up in autocomplete results.
How does the new autocomplete experience work when clicking on an item?
Clicking an item for a general search will take you to the Products tab by default. If you choose to view Articles or Decks, you'll start on those tabs instead.
How do search filters work between Products, Articles, and Decks tabs?
Each tab has its own filters. If you filter something in the Products tab, it won't affect the Articles tab, and vice versa. The exception is the product line filter. For example, filtering "Magic: The Gathering" will apply to all tabs. Clearing it will clear all tabs too.
How do I search for articles/decks now?
You'll find options for articles and decks in the Marketplace search autocomplete menu. They'll show up in tabs in search results, so nothing is lost. Advanced deck search features for Magic and Yu-Gi-Oh are still available.
Is anything being removed with Infinite's search going away?
A few things won't be supported anymore:
- Deck searches won't have grid/list view options; they'll be in grid view only.
- Deck searches won't show event/tournament results, just the decks.
- Autocomplete won't show deck names, author names, player names, and Magic formats. You'll still find these in search results.

What's happening with the Infinite site URL?
It's moving to the TCGplayer domain. It'll be at tcgplayer.com/content from now on.
Will linking products from articles and decks change?
Nope, all links between content and the Marketplace will stay the same and open in the same tab.
Will my experience on TCGplayer change?
Not at all. It's just a URL update, so everything stays the same.
Will there still be a content homepage if Infinite's site goes away?
Yes, the content homepage isn't going anywhere. It'll be updated to live at tcgplayer.com/content, with redirects from the old links.
How will users access the content homepage?
There's a new Articles menu in the Marketplace header that links to all areas currently on Infinite's navigation, including the content homepage.
