If you have a dispute with a Seller on TCGplayer please navigate to your Order History page and click “Contact Seller” to message them and make them aware of the issue. Please choose the subject line that most closely matches your order issue. If you have a dispute with a Direct order, we invite you to contact our Customer Experience team by clicking the “Contact Us” link at TCGplayer.com, where you will find our chatbot. If after seeking help from customer support, your dispute has not been resolved to your satisfaction, please complete and send this form to TCGplayer’s legal department.
Please complete this form in its entirety (printing legibly). Retain a copy for your records and send the completed form by certified mail to: TCGplayer Inc., Attn: Litigation Department, Re: Notice of Dispute, 2025 Hamilton Avenue, San Jose, CA 95125. If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction within 30 days after this notice is sent to eBay, you may begin arbitration by submitting a Demand for Arbitration to the American Arbitration Association, which can be found at www.adr.org.
