How it all works
1. To order Magic: the Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, or Pokémon singles from TCGplayer Direct, look for the “Direct Qualified Seller” icon on the product details page where you can view all the individual seller listings. Items from these Sellers will qualify for Direct as long as we currently have them available at our TCGplayer Direct Authentication Center.
2. When you are done shopping, view your cart.
Any order that qualifies for TCGplayer Direct will appear in the Package #1 position of your cart. It will have a blue border and will have the TCGplayer Direct icon in the left corner of the package.
International orders will be charged the relevant shipping fee for the final destination country. Flat rate Shipping Fees starting at $7.99 no matter your order size.
*Shipping fee may vary depending on the destination country. All international Direct orders will include a tracked shipping service.
Any order that does not qualify for TCGplayer Direct will appear like Package #2 with a black border, and the name of the seller who will be delivering the package to you. Note that the international shipping costs will vary from individual Seller to Seller.
Note: There may be times when items from a Direct Qualified Seller do not qualify for TCGplayer Direct. This happens when we do not currently have those items in stock at our TCGplayer Direct Authentication Center.
3. Once your cart contains all the items you want to buy, use the Cart Optimizer to create an even better Direct package. The Cart Optimizer will put all Direct qualified products into a single package for you. Just select the Direct by TCGplayer cart.
Delivery from TCGplayer Direct
All orders from TCGplayer Direct will be shipped in protected packages.
All international orders will be shipped with its own unique tracking code that we can track internally while the shipment is prepared. During this time, you may see the tracking number in your order history as a number without a link. Once your order has been accepted into the mail system, you will see the tracking number update to a link.
For the first few days after your order has been marked as shipped, the information on the tracking page might not display any status updates. If you see:
- "Status not available - The tracking number may be incorrect, or the status is not yet available."
Please don't worry! This will not affect the speed at which you receive your order, or our 100% satisfaction guarantee.You’re always protected by our TCGplayer Safeguard.
There are a few situations that we have found common with envelope tracking, which you may likely see with your order.
- Delivery/Out for delivery in your city, but no item delivered
- Delivery/Out for delivery in a nearby city but not delivered
Oftentimes, a driver will scan items close to the destination, scan too soon and not finish their route, or have other delays. Please do not worry! Just wait another day or two and, if you still don’t have the order, let us know and we will make it right for you.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, packages shipped from TCGplayer may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. Please contact your country’s proper agency to find out which taxes and duties will be applicable to your order.
