TCGplayer Direct - Canceled Orders

TCGplayer guarantees your payment on all completed Direct orders. That means even if the customer cancels their Direct order, we absorb the cost and handle the logistics of the cancellation. As such, any applicable fees will still process as normal. You will still be paid as if the order had been completed normally to erase any uncertainty an order cancellation could have on your business.

When a buyer cancels a Direct order, we issue them a refund. You’ll be able to view this refund from your Seller Portal—however, your responsibilities for that order will not change. As normal, all the cards in the order will appear on your next Reimbursement Invoice, and we will pay you for the order when we receive those cards. The adjustment that accompanies Direct order cancellations will notate the Order Number and cover the Product Amount of the affected order ensuring you are still paid as expected.
