Direct by TCGplayer - Canceled Orders

TCGplayer guarantees your payment on all completed Direct orders. That means even if the customer cancels their Direct order, we absorb the cost and handle the logistics of the cancelation.

When a buyer cancels a Direct order, we issue them a refund. You’ll be able to view this refund from your Seller Portal—however, your responsibilities for that order will not change. As normal, all the cards in the order will appear on your next Reimbursement Invoice, and we will pay you for the order when we receive those cards. By letting you handle your canceled Direct orders like a regular order, we erase any uncertainty an order cancelation could have on your business.
