What qualifies as a sealed product?

To qualify as “factory sealed,” your item must meet the following standards:

• In its original, unopened packaging
• Undamaged
• Entirety of packaging shows no damage or wear and tear
• Packaging is not ripped or missing
• Seal(s) not broken
• Not tampered with in any way
• Not re-shrink-wrapped or re-sealed
