Sellers are responsible for the arrival of international shipments. You can ship internationally using USPS or other transit companies. For the most up-to-date information on international shipping suspensions, please visit the USPS Service Alerts page.

Once you have opted in to international shipping, you will need to set your shipping settings. Like with your domestic shipping settings, access your international shipping options by clicking the Shipping Settings button within the My Details tab.

On the Shipping Settings page, the list of countries you are able to ship to are within the Shipping Options section. For each country you would like to ship to, click on “Add” in the far right column to access package shipping costs.

Set the prices you would like to charge for each package size, and click save. Once you have saved, you’ll be returned to the Shipping Settings page.

In the far right column of the Shipping Options section, you’ll see that you now have the option to “Set as Active” or “Edit Shipping”. Click on “Set as Active” to enable shipping to that country.

One you have set shipping to a country as active, you will see your shipping prices fill in in the Shipping Options section. You will also be able to deactivate shipping to this country by clicking “Set as Inactive”

Once you have set up shipping to all the countries you want to ship to, you’re all set! For other questions regarding international shipping, reach out to our Customer Service team
