I am proud of the work our fulfillment center employees do to help support local gaming stores. On April 14, at a Company all-hands, we announced our recent wage increases for the fulfillment center that are the result of months of working directly together. I believe our care for our co-workers during the COVID-19 crisis and our commitment to continued improvements in wages and benefits demonstrate in actions, not words, our values and focus.

TCGplayer raising wages in Fulfillment Center up to $17.50; minimum wage of $15.00

April 16, 2020, Syracuse, NY - TCGplayer, a leading technology company in Syracuse, announced plans on April 14th to increase the entry wage of the fulfillment center staff to $15 an hour by the end of the year, with employee experience and performance providing pathways to even higher pay, up to $17.50. “Our employees are the ones building the TCGplayer Direct program, and there is no more important time than now to continue investing in their success and opportunities,” said Chedy Hampson, CEO of TCGplayer. “We have been working and planning for months to increase wages. This is part of our continued focus on the benefits and culture that make TCGplayer a unique business. I believe that we have the best employees in the industry, and their work has brought us growth in supporting thousands of small businesses across the country.”

TCGplayer’s 96 fulfillment center employees are a key strength of this Company. The growth, training and overall investment in our team are the success factors driving exciting opportunities in the business. More than 40 fulfillment center employees have been promoted into other areas of the Company, including technical roles.
