FAQs for former ChannelFireball Pro Subscribers

What will happen to my ChannelFireball subscriber store credit? 

  • Any unused store credit will still be available to you on the ChannelFireball marketplace. 

Will my payment and account information transfer over to the TCGplayer subscription? 

  • Your payment and account information will not be automatically transferred to a TCGplayer subscription.
  • On Oct. 3, 2022, you will receive an email that your ChannelFireball Pro or ChannelFireball Pro+ membership has been canceled, with instructions on how to subscribe to TCGplayer to access the ChannelFireball Pro content benefits.

What will happen to my ChannelFireball Subscription? 

  • If you are a ChannelFireball Pro+ monthly or yearly subscriber:
    • Unfortunately, we will no longer be supporting the Channelfireball Pro+ subscription benefits, which include:
      • $9.99 ChannelFireball marketplace store credit each month
      • 5% store credit earned on ChannelFireball Marketplace orders

    • We will cancel your subscription on the date 10/03/2022, and you will receive email instructions with a link to subscribe to the TCGplayer subscription, which will include ChannelFireball Pro exclusive content PLUS the following new benefits:
      • Free shipping with tracking on all Direct orders (no order minimums)
      • Your Direct order is shipped out first from our Authentication Center
      • Access to subscriber-only Store Credit promotions (previously Bonus Bucks)
      • Promotional Store Credit earned on all marketplace orders $35 and up
    • Any remaining store credit you are owed on the ChannelFireball marketplace is not affected by any of these changes.

  • If you are a ChannelFireball Pro monthly, annual, or semi-annual subscriber:
    • We are unable to transfer your subscription automatically to TCGplayer. However, we will cancel your ChannelFireball Pro subscription on October 3, 2022, and you will receive email instructions with a link to resubscribe to the TCGplayer subscription, which will include ChannelFireball Pro content PLUS the following benefits:
      • Free shipping with tracking on all Direct orders (no order minimums)
      • Your Direct order is shipped out first from our Authentication Center
      • Access to subscriber-only Store Credit promotions
      • Earn store credit on all marketplace orders $35 and up
    • Any remaining store credit you are owed on the ChannelFireball marketplace is not affected by these changes.

How can I access ChannelFireball Pro content as a TCGplayer Subscriber?

  • Your existing TCGplayer subscriber login credentials (email and password) can be used to sign in to strategy.channelfireball.com. Once logged in, you will be able to access all ChannelFireball Pro content. 
  • If you are outside of the United States
    • Unfortunately, we will no longer be supporting international subscribers for the time being, but we hope to be able to support international subscribers again in the future. If you are outside the U.S. and have an active ChannelFireball Pro membership, your subscription was canceled on 10/03/2022.
    • You will be refunded any amount you prepaid for the subscription within 30 days of the cancellation date. Any unused store credit you have on the ChannelFireball marketplace is still available to you.
