Please note: When registering to become a Seller on our platform, we conduct an initial review of your application before you can go live. If your account becomes locked, please contact support for further assistance and to undergo an additional verification process that may potentially resolve any account restrictions.

Please check which account hold message is displayed on your seller portal before submitting a ticket so our support team can best assist you. Potential hold messages include:

  • Your inventory is currently not visible to customers on TCGplayer. This seller account has been deactivated by TCGplayer.com.
  • Your account is currently under review.

If you see the W9 note below, you must fill out the W9 Tax Form before you can receive payments from TCGplayer:

  • Federal Regulations require us to collect W9 Tax Information prior to issuing payment to you. You can enter your W9 Tax Information on the W9 Tax Form Page. Your future payment transfers are on hold until you provide this information.
