Selling Sealed Products Internationally FAQ
When can I start selling sealed internationally?
Starting on June 5, 2024, you'll have the opportunity to expand your customer base by shipping your sealed products to buyers worldwide.
Can I sell singles internationally, but not sealed?
If you enable international orders, both sealed products and singles will be available to customers in the countries you ship to. We do not provide the ability to select specific products for international sale.
What are the requirements for selling internationally?
To sell internationally, you are required to have 300 or more completed sales in the last 90 days, maintain a feedback rating of 99.5% or better, and respond to all buyer messages within two days.
How do I opt-in to sell internationally?
To opt-in to selling internationally, go to the “My Details” tab in the Seller Portal, and select the “Enable International Orders” checkbox.
How do I adjust my shipping setting to accommodate shipping internationally?

What happens if my order gets stuck in customs?
Buyers are responsible for handling customs, including any associated costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees for international purchases. For more information, please refer to this FAQ. If you require further assistance or guidance, please feel free to contact us.
Can I opt out of shipping to certain countries or do I have to ship to all?
On the Shipping Settings page in the My Details tab, there is a list of countries. For each country you would like to ship to, click on “Add” in the far right column to access package shipping costs. For more information, please see here.
What happens if there’s a return?
Returns for international sales operate under the same guidelines as domestic purchases, adhering to our Refund and Return policy.
