    2. How (materials, costs, fees)
      1. Carriers to consider:
        • USPS: A small business-friendly and affordable option. With Click-N-Ship, you can order postage and print shipping labels online. You can even schedule package pickups to save yourself trips to the post office.
        • UPS: An international carrier with a small business program designed to simplify shipping. UPS offers shipping discounts and expert help through its consulting services.
        • DHL: Not as popular as other carriers, but the DHL for Business program offers discounted rates, access to shipping experts, and other perks.
        • FedEx: Lots of shipping options, including temperature-controlled shipping for perishables. The FedEx Small Business Center has a rewards program and helpful shipping and packing guides.

Calculate Fees

    1. Package weight and size: Dimensional weight and size will have a big impact on shipping costs. The larger and heavier the package, the higher the shipping costs.
    2. Speed: Customers prefer fast shipping, but expedited delivery will come at a higher cost.
    3. Shipping volume: If your business ships a lot, you may be able to negotiate lower rates.
    4. Destination: Deliveries to commercial properties may cost more than residential deliveries. Generally, the further the destination, the higher the cost.
    5. Services: Some services come at an additional cost, like tracking, insurance, or obtaining a signature confirmation.

When Shipping Internationally

    1. To successfully ship your item, we recommend you:
      • Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
        • Another option for customs is Deliver Duty Paid (DDP). You can find more information on DDP by visiting here
      • We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.
      • Confirm the shipping method with your buyer. The one you choose can make a big difference in the related fees, including taxes, duties, and brokerage fees.
      • Fill out your customs forms accurately and completely and provide a signature if required.
        • if the carrier is requiring a phone number for delivery, you may use your own.
      • The price of your item should be the final selling price. Don't include the shipping and handling costs.
      • Before you pack the item, write down where it was made. You'll probably be asked where the item was made, so you'll need to have that information available.
      • Include a packing slip or a printed copy of your listing as proof of the price.
      • Provide tracking information to your buyer if you have it.

    2. To ensure a smooth delivery:
      • Avoid lying on the customs form to help your buyers avoid certain fees, even if they ask you to. Falsifying a customs form is against the law and against TCGplayer policy. If a seller chooses to falsify information on the customs for, they lose seller protection for the transaction.
      • Avoid declaring an item as a gift. As a general rule, you shouldn't declare your package's content as a gift. While the buyer may ask you to do so, it's against the law to misrepresent an item to avoid custom fees.
