FAQ
Why don’t my Total Direct Sales Quantity and # of Products in Completed RIs match?
The Total Direct Sales Quantity metric is the total number of products sold by your store in the designated month. The # of Products in Completed RIs shows the quantity of products generated into RIs that have been fully processed for the designated month. Items sold in a given month might not generate into an RI until the following calendar month, so there will often be a difference in these totals. Additionally, unprocessed RIs and associated quantities are not counted in the # of Products in Completed RIs metric.
When I divide my total discrepancies by total Direct sales, I get a different error rate than the email displays.
The calculation for error rate divides Total Discrepancies by # of Products in Completed RIs. This ensures that the discrepancies are only associated with the RIs that contain them. Products do not always generate into an RI in the same month as the sale, so the Total Direct Sales Quantity metric cannot be used for error rate calculations.
Where can I find the logic for how RI discrepancies are calculated?
You can find the logic for how RI discrepancies are calculated in the Reimbursement Invoice (RI) Accuracy section of the Direct Seller Agreement.
Where can I find the rule list for packaging issues?
You can find the rule list for packaging issues in the RI Packing Requirements section of the Direct Seller Agreement.
How will I be informed if my participation in Direct is at risk due to my error rate, packing issues, or other issues?
If your account is at risk in any way, we will contact you through the email address listed in your Seller Portal’s My Details section. This email will contain an overview of the issue in question as well as success criteria for remaining in Direct.
