How do I set up free shipping for orders over $5?
If you have reached Level 4 on your seller account, you can set up free shipping for any of your orders over $5.
Any orders under $5.00 will have a $1.31 shipping fee automatically applied. Once you change your *standard shipping rate* to $0.00 your store will automatically show the free rate for orders over $5 to potential buyers.

Steps to Set Up Free Shipping
- Go to “Shipping Settings”
- Select the country you wish to edit.
- Adjust the shipping values according to item size. (Note: If you wanted to offer free shipping on all item sizes, you would set all values to $0.)
Sellers at Levels 1-3 have a more restricted price range for shipping. However, Level 4 sellers can set shipping costs to $0 for any product size.
If you are both a Pro and Level 4 seller, you can also set free shipping for orders placed through your Pro website at a threshold as low as $5. The "Method: Free Shipping" option applies exclusively to the Pro site. To enable free shipping on the marketplace, ensure you update the Standard shipping method for each relevant country.
