How to Add Listings with Photos

You can add your Listings with Photos in two locations in your Seller Portal: your Inventory tab (available to all sellers) and your Pricing tab (available only to Level 4 sellers). You can add Listings with Photos for everything from single items to bulk lots. Note: Listings with photos are not currently available for Sync Sellers and will not appear on TCGplayer Pro websites.

Inventory Tab (All Sellers)

1. Navigate to the Inventory tab in your Seller Portal.

2. Search for the product you want to create a listing for and click the Add/Manage button to open the Manage Product screen.

  • Condition - Use the dropdown to select the appropriate condition.
  • Price - Enter the price of the item you are selling, accounting for the cost of shipping, packaging, labor, etc. The pricing data for the card/condition selected will be shown to help you make an informed decision about how much to charge.
  • Quantity - Enter the quantity of items you are selling.
  • Title - Enter the title for the item you are selling using 255 characters or less. This will be used as a description for your product. Include keywords that help buyers know what makes your product unique. If the product is printed in a non-English language, be sure to include the language in the title. The card language must be clearly communicated in the listing title and description using the full name of the language (examples: Japanese instead of JPN, Italian instead of ITA, etc).
  • Photos - At least one photo must be added, but you can upload up to 5 photos. You can assign a Main Photo that will appear in the listings, plus 4 additional photos. You can drag and drop the additional photos to arrange them in your preferred order.
  • Description - Use this space to enter a detailed description of your product up to 5,000 characters. Check our Listings with Photos Policies for description requirements.
