Seller Levels

TCGplayer uses a level system to help introduce new Sellers to the marketplace. All new Sellers start off as a Level 1 Seller. As you ship more orders and provide good customer service, you move up through the levels, with the top achievable being Level 4.

The level descriptions and requirements are as follows:

 

LEVEL 1

This is the default level that all new Sellers are set up as, and it allows you to list up to 100 total items.

The Seller limits applied to your account for Level 1 are as follows:

  • A maximum of 100 total items can be available for sale at any time. (If you list a quantity of 4 available for a product to be sold, then you have used up 4 of your available 100 items that you can list for sale.)

  • A maximum of $1,000 worth of items can be listed at any one time, and the maximum price for an item cannot be over $500.

  • The maximum daily inventory quantity entry limit is 100 items for Level 1 Sellers.

 

Requirements to Move to Level 2:

You will reach Seller Level 2 when you meet each of the following requirements:

  • You have at least 2 orders that have reached the Expected Delivery Date (EDD). The EDD is typically set to 6 business days after you confirm shipment on the order.

  • Your feedback ratio is at 80% or above.

 

LEVEL 2

This is the next Seller Level after Level 1, and it allows you to list up to 500 total items.

The Seller limits applied to your account for Level 2 are as follows:

  • A maximum of 500 total items can be available for sale at any time. (If you list a quantity of 4 available for a product to be sold, then you have used up 4 of your available 500 items that you can list for sale.)

  • A maximum of $5,000 worth of items can be listed at any one time, and the maximum price for an item can not be over $1,000.

  • The maximum daily inventory quantity entry limit is 500 items for Level 2 Sellers.

 

Requirements to Move to Level 3:

You will reach Seller Level 3 when you meet each of the following requirements:

  • You have at least 11 orders that have reached the Expected Delivery Date (EDD). The EDD is typically set to 6 business days after you confirm shipment on the order.

  • Your feedback ratio is at 85% or above.

 

LEVEL 3

This is the next Seller Level after Level 2, and it allows you to list up to 50,000 total items.

The Seller limits applied to your account for Level 3 are as follows:

  • A maximum of 50,000 total items can be available for sale at any time. (If you list a quantity of 4 available for a Product to be sold, then you have used up 4 of your available 50,000 items that you can list for sale.)

  • A maximum of $100,000 worth of items can be listed at any one time, and the maximum price for an item can not be over $20,000.

  • There is no maximum daily inventory quantity entry limit for Level 3 Sellers.

Requirements to Move to Level 4:

  • You have at least 51 orders that have reached the Expected Delivery Date (EDD). The EDD is typically set to 6 business days after you confirm shipment on the order.

  • Your feedback ratio is at 90% or above.

LEVEL 4

This is the final Seller Level, and it allows you to list an unlimited amount of items.
