Welcome to TCGplayer! Here are some directions to help you find and order products. If you're still having trouble, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support!

At TCGplayer, you can shop knowing that you are protected from any issue where your order has not arrived or is not as described. If an order is late or is not exactly as described, it's best to contact the seller first to give them a chance to make things right. Just visit your Order History to find the order, then click on the Contact Seller button to send them a message. Mistakes can happen, and many of our sellers have over a 99.5% feedback ratio that they earned by taking care of buyers in these instances.

An estimated delivery date will be provided in your order history. Read more on delivery times and locations.

If your package doesn't arrive after the estimated delivery date has passed please contact the seller right away per our TCGplayer Safeguard. If the seller does not reply to you within 2 business days, please contact TCGplayer customer service.

TCGplayer Subscription is our rewards program for shoppers. With TCGplayer Subscription, your Direct by TCGplayer order is packaged and processed before all other orders in our Authentication Center, shipping is free with tracking through Direct (no minimum purchase necessary), and you receive extra Store Credit (previously Bonus Bucks) back based on your time as a subscriber on all orders $35 and up.
