What will happen to my store credit?

If you currently have an account on both TCGplayer and ChannelFireball Marketplace, all store credit will automatically transfer over to your TCGplayer account on November 14, 2022. You will receive an email communication confirming the transfer. If you do not see your credit in your account after November 14, please contact our customer service team and they will assist you.

If you do not have a TCGplayer account, we will create one for you and you will receive instructions on how to complete your account registration with a new password and then you can access your store credit on the TCGplayer marketplace.

 

Will my CFB marketplace payment and account order history transfer over?

Account information such as your name and address will be merged with a TCGplayer account. Saved payment methods and account order history will not transfer automatically, but you will receive instructions on how to download your order history on November 9, 2022 and you will have 15 days to download your data.

Can I still access my ChannelFireball Marketplace account to see my order history?

You can access your ChannelFireball Marketplace account order history until November 24, 2022. You will receive an email on November 9th with instructions on how to download your order history.

 

When will the ChannelFireball Marketplace stop accepting new orders?

On October 31, 2022, buyers will no longer be able to complete orders on the ChannelFireball Marketplace. No new buyers or sellers will be accepted on ChannelFireball beyond October 24, 2022.


I have an existing order on the ChannelFireball Marketplace. Will my order be fulfilled?

Existing orders will be processed after we cease new transactions on October 31st to allow for customers and sellers to complete existing transactions including pre-orders. For any issues regarding outstanding orders, please contact us a sales@channelfireball.com.

Seller Questions on CFB merge with TCGplayer:


When will the ChannelFireball Marketplace merge with the TCGplayer Marketplace?

In order to provide the best marketplace experience, we are migrating all ChannelFireball sellers to the TCGplayer Marketplace by November 14, 2022.

 

How long can I continue to sell on the ChannelFireball Marketplace?

Starting October 31, 2022, buyers will no longer be able to transact on the ChannelFireball Marketplace so that will be the last date to sell on the CFB marketplace.


How long will I have access to my ChannelFireball Seller Portal?

Sellers will no longer be able to access the ChannelFireball Seller Portal as of November 14, 2022.


Will this merge impact my payments?

The marketplace merger will have no impact on your payments. You will receive your final ChannelFireball payment 2-3 business days after your final order is marked as shipped. Once you create a TCGplayer seller account, payments are initiated every Monday and Thursday. See here for more information on TCGplayer payments.

 

Is there any assistance available in moving my inventory to TCGplayer?

To download your ChannelFireball inventory, go into your ChannelFireball Seller Portal and export your inventory as a CSV file. Then, you can upload your inventory to your TCGplayer seller account via the Inventory Tab in Seller Portal.

 

Will my feedback/rating be retained when I start selling on TCGplayer?

Your ChannelFireball feedback and rating will not be migrated to TCGplayer. However, following the creation of a TCGplayer account, you will be elevated to a Level 4 seller.
