How to Manage Your Orders

Following are all of the steps required for shipping and confirming your order to receive payment.

Shipping Information for Your Orders

You can see the order details and confirm shipment of your orders in the Orders section of your Seller Portal.

1. Visit your Seller Portal, then click on the Orders tab.

2. Unshipped orders will appear with a green highlight behind them and have "Ready to Ship" as their status. You can use the check boxes to select a batch of orders, then print their matching pull sheets or packing slips. For more information on an individual order, click the Order # or the Manage button to view the Order Details page. You will see the shipping address, the shipping speed, a printable packing slip option and a "Contact Buyer" link.

3. After you ship the order, be sure to confirm the shipment by entering in a Tracking Number or clicking on the "Ship Without Tracking" button if you choose to ship the order without tracking. We will then notify the buyer that the order has been shipped.

After You Ship the Order, Confirm the Shipment

1. In your Seller Portal, click on the Orders tab and locate the order you wish to confirm shipment on.

2. Unshipped orders will appear with a green highlight behind them and have "Ready to Ship" as their status. Click the Order # or the Manage link to view the Order Details page. You will see the shipping address, the shipping speed, a printable packing slip and a "Contact Buyer" link.

3. Confirm the shipment by entering in a Tracking Number or clicking on the "Ship Without Tracking" button if you choose to ship the order without tracking. We will then notify the buyer that the order has been shipped.
